Grilled Flatbread Pizza w/ Smoked Salmon & Goat Cheese
One 9” whole wheat cooked tortilla (or substitute with any flat bread)
2 tbsp goat cheese, crumbled
1 slice smoked salmon, torn into pieces
¼ red onion , diced
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
Brush olive oil over one side of tortilla.
Turn over tortilla and spread goat cheese on the other side.
Lay tortilla oiled side down on a heated grill.
Sprinkle smoked salmon and onion over the goat cheese.
Grill tortilla for about 1-2 minutes until grill marks form and toppings are heated through.
Cut tortilla into slices like a pizza. Serve topped with fresh dill.
