Watermelon Sorbet

Ingredients:
1 small watermelon, peeled & diced
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
Place diced watermelon in a bowl and leave in freezer until frozen.
Put frozen watermelon cubes, yogurt, lemon juice, and sugar in a food processor and process until smooth. Be careful not to make the mixture watery.
Pour mixture into a shallow dish and place in the freezer. Freeze until set in about an hour. Remove from freezer and scoop into bowls and serve.
