Quick Tandoori Salmon w/ Walnut Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients:
4 (5-6 ounces each) salmon fillets
2 tbsp tandoori powder
2 tbsp canola oil
2 tsp fresh lime juice
Salt & black pepper to taste
For sauce,
¾ cup walnuts, shelled
1 cup plain yogurt
¼ - ½ tsp cayenne pepper, according to taste
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Salt to taste
Directions:
Preheat broiler.
To make sauce, grind walnuts in a coffee grinder or mortar and pestle with salt and cayenne pepper until well ground.
Combine walnuts, yogurt, lime juice and cilantro in a bowl and set aside.
Mix tandoori powder, oil and lime juice in a small bowl.
Cover a small broiler pan with aluminum foil.
Rub tandoori paste all over salmon fillets using your fingers.
Place salmon on the broiler pan and broil.
Check if done in about 3-4 minutes and broil until top is well charred. Broil for no longer than 8 minutes.
Serve salmon with walnut yogurt sauce.
