Fish with Coriander Leaves Recipe

Ingredients:
400grams Fish (firm flesh white fish)
150ml Mustard Oil
1 Medium onion
1tsp Turmeric powder
4 Green Chillies
2 Bunches Coriander (Cilantro) leaves
1tsp Salt or to taste
Directions:
Cut the fish into 4-5 pieces and rinse well. Pat dry.
Mix turmeric powder and salt and apply it to the fish pieces. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat half of the oil in a pan and fry the fish till brown. Take out the fish from the pan and set aside on a plate.
Grind two green chilies and the coriander leaves into a paste. Apply the coriander and chilly paste to the fried fish.
Grind the onion and chop the two chilies.
Now heat the remaining oil in the pan and cook the onion paste and chopped chilies.
When the onion paste turns slightly brown, add the coriander & chilly paste mixed fish. Fry sprinkling water for about 10 minutes. Take care not to break the fish pieces.
Remove fish pieces from the pan and serve with rice.
