Ingredients:
4 ounces unsweetened dark chocolate chunks/chips
¾ cup butter
2 ½ cups sugar
5 eggs
1 cup almond flour
1 package low fat cream cheese, softened
¾ cup creamy almond butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 13x9 inch baking pan with aluminum foil running over the edges of the pan and spray with cooking spray.
Put the chocolate chunks and butter in a large microwaveable bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes or until butter is melted.
Stir the mixture until chocolate and butter is thoroughly blended.
Add 2 cups sugar and stir to combine well.
Pour in 4 eggs and stir to mix.
Add the almond flour and stir well to combine.
Pour the mixture into the lined baking pan. And set aside.
Add the cream cheese, almond butter, egg and ½ up sugar in a large bowl and mix until well blended.
Take spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture and drop dollops over the brownie batter in the lined pan.
Use a knife to gently swirl pattern over the mixture.
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with only a few fudgy crumbs.
Remove from oven and cool completely. Use foil extending over the pan edges to remove baked brownies. Cut into squares and serve.
