A must try restaurant in Cairns if you are the adventurous type and like trying out exotic food. The menu centers on native Australian foods and offers a unique cuisine for people to taste. The menu varies seasonally. Tried the Australian Antipasto platter which came with kangaroo terrrine – pickled kakadu plum, crocodile wonton – red pepper jam, green ant ocean trout gravlax, emu carpaccio, sundried tomato, olive and cream cheese tuille cone. It was a terrific sampler platter. Any of the mains are an excellent choice.
