Mango Cheese Dessert

Ingredients:
500g Paneer cheese (Indian cottage cheese), drained
500g sugar
1/2 cup mango juice
Directions:
Combine the cheese, mango juice and sugar in a large bowl. Knead the mixture well until smooth.
Heat a large pan. Add the cheese mixture.
Cook over low heat for 15 minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Divide cheese mixture into portion size balls and flatten into desired shapes. Serve.
