Basil Walnut Pesto
4 cups basil leaves, rinsed
1/2 cup walnut halves, chopped
1/2 cup pecorino cheese, grated
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 large garlic cloves
Put walnuts and cheese in a food processor and process until well combined..
Pour olive oil and blend until desired consistency is reached.
Next, add basil and garlic to the mixture and blend until mixed thoroughly.
Let stand for one hour before serving.
