Gazpacho Bloody Mary

This Bloody Mary drink with a twist is refreshing and addictive.

Ingredients:
2 pounds ripe tomatoes
1 cucumber, peeled & seeded
1/2 bell pepper
1 cup vodka
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp minced garlic
Tabasco sauce, to taste
Worcestershire sauce, to taste
Cucumber sticks, for garnishing
Directions:
Place the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, vodka, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and garlic into a food processor. Process until pureed and smooth. Add Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and adjust according to taste.
Pour into glasses and add ice cubes. Serve with a cucumber stick in each glass.
