White Bean Dip

Ingredients:
1 can white beans, drained & rinsed
1 small tomato, roughly chopped
2 tbsp basil leaves, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
2-3 tbsp water (optional)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until desired consistency is reached. Serve with chips, flat breads or cut vegetables.
