Chilled Strawberry Orange Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries, hulled & sliced
2 cups plain yogurt
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
3 tbsp sugar or honey
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp chili powder or to taste
Chopped fresh mint leaves for garnishing
Whipped cream, for garnishing (optional)
Directions:
Put the yogurt, orange juice, 1 cup chopped mint leaves and 1 tablespoon sugar in a large bowl.
Whisk until mint gets fragrant. Strain the mixture and discard the mint.
In a separate bowl, mix the strawberries with the lime juice, chili powder and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Chill bowls in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
To serve, pour yogurt mixture onto strawberries and stir to combine. Put a cup of the mixture into serving bowls, top with chopped mint and whipped cream if desired.
