Avocado Chocolate Mousse
3 ripe avocados
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup melted dark chocolate (use good quality)
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp sea salt
5 tbsp almond milk
Cut avocados and remove seeds. Remove flesh and put in a food processor.
Place rest of the ingredients in the processor. Process until all ingredients are well combined and mixture reaches a smooth consistency.
Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Serve cold.
