Pumpkin Flower Fritters

Ingredients:
8 pumpkin flowers
150g rice flour
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
100ml oil
1/2 tsp chilly powder
Pinch of baking soda
Salt to taste
100ml water
Directions:
Rinse the pumpkin flowers and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Mix rice flour with the spice powders, soda, salt and water to make a light paste.
Heat the oil in a large pan. Dip a pumpkin flower in the rice paste one at a time, and fry in the hot oil. Cook until browned on both sides.
Remove from pan and serve hot with mustard sauce.
