This food truck offers some amazing grain bowls. Tried the very flavorful 'Crenshaw meatballs' bowl which was served with a chickpea and coconut curry purée, chicken-pork meatballs, jicama slaw, pickled red cabbage, honey roasted peanuts and a fish sauce vinaigrette on a bed of mixed healthy whole grains.
