Restaurant Review:
This is Eataly’s fish & seafood restaurant serving up fresh, sustainably sourced seafood. It is headed by Chef Michael Cimarusti of acclaimed L.A. restaurant Providence. Tried a number of dishes and loved the appetizers and small plates which is the way to go here along with a glass of wine. Loved the Calamari Fritti and Polpo (shown here) - charred octopus with artichokes, arugula, and oven roasted tomatoes. Other recommended items are the Spaghetti Alle Vongole, and any of the raw seafood items.
