Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients:
1 can black beans
1 can garbanzo beans
1 tsp cumin powder
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/3 cup tahini
3 tbsps fresh lemon juice
3 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
3 tbsps water
Directions:
Place black beans and all remaining ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Serve in a bowl with chips, crudites.
