Chia Seed Meyer Lemon Pudding

Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1 cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup chia seeds
2 tbsp Meyer lemon juice
Zest of I Meyer lemon
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 diced mango for topping
Directions:
Mix milk and chia seeds in a bowl.
Add Greek yogurt and stir well
Stir in lemon juice, zest, maple syrup to the bowl. Let stand 30 minutes.
Leave in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight.
Top with diced mango and serve.
