Charcoal Venice is a high end BBQ restaurant offering elevated grilled food with a seasonally changing menu. Michelin-starred Chef and Owner Josiah Citrin’s restaurant is packed to the gills most evenings. Loved the grilled meats and vegetables we ordered which included the terrific Cabbage Baked in Embers (shown here) served with yogurt, sumac, and lemon zest; Potato Baked in Coals with butter, crème fraîche, Gouda, and chives; perfectly grilled Prime Hanger Steak & Chicken. The salads were good and the Charcoal cocktail was excellent. The service was spot-on. A must try restaurant if you love grilled food.
