Catfish with Spinach

Ingredients:
200g catfish, portion size pieces
100g spinach leaves, chopped
2 stalks spring onion
1 bunch coriander leaves (cilantro)
50g tomatoes, finely diced
2 green chilies , chopped
4 cloves garlic
1/2 inch ginger
100ml oil
1 tsp turmeric
Salt according to taste
Directions:
Rub the catfish pieces with salt and turmeric and set aside.
Make a paste of the spinach leaves in a food processor.
Make a paste of the ginger, garlic, spring onion and green chilies in a food processor.
Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the fish pieces for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside until later..
Now add the spice paste in the same oil and fry for 3 minutes.
Add the chopped tomatoes, spinach paste and cook for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally and season with salt as needed. Remove from heat.
Next put the fried fish in a pressure cooker. Layer the prepared spinach mixture on top of the fish.
Pour some water( about 1/2 inch) in the pressure cooker, and close the lid. Cook for about 10 minutes and one whistle release. Remove from heat and serve.
