Azul Profundo, Santiago Restaurant Review

Recommend this restaurant if you like seafood. Highly recommend the Ceviche sampler plate. It came with a shrimp ceviche with avocado and quinoa, a salmon ceviche with hearts of palm, and a classic white fish ceviche with onions and peppers. All of their dishes come with generous portion sizes.
