Hawaiian Shrimp Kebabs

Ingredients:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 pound shrimp, shelled & deveined
1 cup pineapple, cubed
1 cup zucchini, cubed
1 cup cherry tomatoes
Skewers
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper and allspice.
Add the shrimp, pineapple, zucchini, tomatoes and toss to coat well. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Preheat grill to medium high.
Remove marinated shrimp and vegetables from refrigerator. Thread the shrimp and vegetables into skewers.
Grill kebab skewers for 10 minutes or until shrimp and vegetables are cooked. Serve warm.
