This gem of a café in an industrial tract of Culver City is open only on weekdays during office hours catering to the office crowd and locals. The popular hip café by chef Jordan Kahn offers a unique and innovative, seasonally changing menu - be prepared to be amazed.
Shown here is the Chicken Confit dish served with heirloom grits, chicken skin crumble w/ sunflower, shallots & garlic, topped with a roasted strawberry compote and drizzled with black butter & yuzu, and garnished with mustard greens - this dish is highly recommended.
