Restaurant Review:
Uovo serves up the most flavorful traditional pastas handmade daily in Bologna, Italy. We went for the Tagliatelle al Ragú, an original “Bolognese” recipe made without dairy and perfected over 60 years- a must try. Also tried the excellent Tonnarelli alle Vongole, a clams pasta with red chili pepper which happens to be a “Massimini” family recipe. The other recommended favorite at Uovo is the Tortellini Crema di Parmigiano.
Service was very good, atmosphere was cozy and it was overall a great experience.
