Cocktail de Marisco (Seafood cocktail)
1/2 kg cooked shrimp
5 crab sticks (surimis)
2 baby lettuces
2 boiled eggs
Juice of 1/2 orange
1 tbsp cognac
Chop baby lettuces and crab sticks. Put them in a big bowl.
Peel and chop the cooked shrimp and add to the bowl.
Grate the boiled eggs onto the bowl.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, orange juice and cognac. Whisk until well blended.
Pour sauce over chopped ingredients and mix well.
