Directions:
Chop baby lettuces and crab sticks. Put them in a big bowl.
Peel and chop the cooked shrimp and add to the bowl.
Grate the boiled eggs onto the bowl.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, orange juice and cognac. Whisk until well blended.
Pour sauce over chopped ingredients and mix well.
Serve cold.
