Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
½ cup creamy peanut butter
4 tbsp grape jelly
Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Directions:
Peel and dice bananas into thick slices. Put the diced bananas on a sheet pan and freeze for at least 4 hours or longer.
Put frozen banana slices in a food processor. Process the bananas slices until smooth.
Add the peanut butter and grape jelly and pulse until mixed well.
Put the mixture in a bowl and chill until frozen through.
Scoop and serve in ice cream cups topped with cherries or any topping of your choice.
