Sausal is a highly recommended Mexican restaurant in LA’s South Bay. The menu offers a fusion of flavors and farm fresh ingredients in their Mexican dishes. We loved the tacos especially the Beef Brisket Barbacoa w/ sliced radish, green onions, charred tomato salsa; Crispy Fish taco w/ beer-battered wild-caught pacific lingcod, pico, avocado, charred tomato crema ; Potato with Rajas Cream taco and the Short Rib Picadillo Empanadas with tomatillo sauce. The service was prompt and welcoming. You will want to hang around for a while in the delightful and spacious interiors or patio enjoying some of their excellent drinks and food.
