This popular crowd packed pizzeria inside Eataly serves up the traditional Roman-style flatbread street food, pizza alla pala. This unique pizza gets its name from the wooden ‘pala’ or paddle, on which it is served. The flatbread dough is long-fermented, hand shaped and hand stretched, baked and then served on a paddle with fresh ingredients, cured meats, cheeses. Tried the ever popular Mushroom Provolone pizza that came topped with housemade Bianca mozzarella, provolone, mushrooms and parsley.
