Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado, peeled, seeded & diced
1 can chickpeas, drained
3 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp lime juice
½ tsp salt or to taste
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp chili ppowder
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth. Adjust seasonings if needed. Serve with pita bread, chips, crackers, or vegetable crudites.
