Directions:
Clean and cut the duck meat into small pieces. Mix 1 teaspoon oil, and 1 teaspoon turmeric with the meat and let marinate for 20 minutes.
Grind the mustard seeds into a paste and mix with the coconut milk.
Slice the onions thinly. Make a paste of the green chilies.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until lightly browned. Remove half the onions and keep aside.
Now put the meat in the remaining oil and onions in the pan. Add chilly paste, black pepper, coconut milk, salt, butter and stir fry for 10 minutes.
Next transfer the duck meat to a pressure cooker and cook until 2 whistles are released.
Reduce heat and switch off heat after 5 minutes.
Allow to cool down. Take out the meat, garnish with the remaining fried onions and serve.
