Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken
1/4 cup almonds, chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 pinch ground turmeric
1 pinch ground ground cardamom
Butter for cooking
Directions:
Place all ingredients except butter in a big bowl. Gently mix to combine all ingredients together.
Shape chicken mixture into 1-inch sized meatballs and set aside on a plate.
Put butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the meatballs to the pan and cook until done in about 10 minutes, turning meatballs around as required. Cook meatballs in batches if needed.
Serve meatballs skewered with toothpicks.
