This is a go-to egg-centric eatery in Downtown LA.'s Grand Central Market. Tried the luscious Fairview sandwich which came with soft scrambled eggs, chives, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions and sriracha mayo in a warm brioche bun. Saw long lines on my way out.
