Char siu Tsukemen, cold ramen topped with barbecued pork slices and soft boiled egg- superb broth and cold dipping ramen made it a marriage made in heaven. They slowly simmer their excellent tonkotsu soup for 60 hours then add the seafood for sweetness and thick tastiness.
