Ingredients:
1 Romaine lettuce
1 or 2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 scallion
1 carrot
2 tins of tuna fish
1 tin of corn
1 jar of white asparagus
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
White vinegar to taste
Salt to taste
Directions:
Rinse and pat the lettuce dry. Chop the lettuce into bite size pieces and put in a big bowl.
Peel the scallion and cucumber and dice them. Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Add it all in the bowl.
Grate the carrot and add it in.
Add salt and toss all of the ingredients before putting them in a salad bowl.
Add the tuna fish, the white asparagus and the corn.
Dress with the olive oil and vinegar to taste and toss well. Serve.
