Watermelon & Cantaloupe Salad

Watermelon & Cantaloupe Salad Recipe

Ingredients: 
4 cups diced seedless watermelon
4 cups diced cantaloupe
1/3 cup crumbled goat cheese
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp fresh basil, minced
salt & black pepper to taste
Directions: 
Put diced watermelon and cantaloupe in a big bowl.
Toss in crumbled goat cheese.
Drizzle salad with olive oil and toss.
Sprinkle basil, salt and freshly ground pepper on salad and toss until well mixed.
Chill in refrigerator for 2-3 hours and serve.
