Ingredients:
1 cup chickpea flour (or fava bean flour)
1 cup water
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp mustard
Juice of half lemon
1 tsp jalapeno or red chili flakes
Salt & black pepper to taste
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Scrape buticha into a small bowl. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
